At Rotofugi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
